Newest Roses from Daughter #1 "just because"
I don't know why all the roses, but I sure have been blessed!

The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose.
- Hadia Bejar

I'm still quite busy. Got the outside done how I wanted it. Now I am working on getting the inside done before I go back up north. Right now dau#1 is emptying a kitchen cabinet I am going to clean, and put new shelving paper on. I would not have gotten done if she didn't give that extra little push by cleaning out the cabinet!

The flowers around here are finally in full bloom! Jasmine, gardenia-how sweet the smell! Bird of Paradise, Amaryllis- O MY can they get any prettier! WE may have had a harsher than normal winter, but the flowers are making up for not blooming earlier.

I have been going out to the beach in the evening with a friend and watching the sun set. You should see the sky. WHEW pretty spectacular. Last eve was really something, a sailboat was in the foreground. Then a bit later a couple of dolphin were swimming about! I do love it here. I have always wanted to be near the beach so I could take in some of Gods wonder whenever I felt like it!

The flowers are beautiful. I agree with you about the beach too. Being near or on the water is a wonderful place to be.

Have a terrific day. :)

It does sound lovely down there and I have always enjoyed my holidays when I've had the chance to visit Florida. The bird life alone is incredible, and then the flowers, everything. Have a great weekend.

Your yard sounds lovely! We're finally starting to get some blooms up here, too. My pansies are in full swing, and my columbine is a day or two out from opening its blossoms.

It was 91 degrees here today. How was the weather there?
