This & that

My daughter told me I should put up a new post. I told her to do likewise!
I have been so busy the past week or so. I have hardly had enough time to sleep.
But I think I am a bit back to normal, whatever that is!

The weather here in Florida last week was COLD, but it's back to wonderful Florida now. Temps around 85 and NO humidity!! YEAH that's what I like!

Can anyone tell me a site that buys books? I have found a site, but they don't want any of the books I have put up so far. I also did that swapbook site and haven't come up with anything yet. So give me some advice if ya have any!

Since Facebook it seems like hardly anyone posts, but I find it a good outlet for saying stuff in other than 'snippets'. So here I am and will be! Although FB is a good way to keep up with friends when ya don't want to call or write! I was chatting with
2 folk today one in Sweden and the other in England! Where else could you have that so easily done!
Hope all are well, and I will try and do better on this!

A while back I told you all that I was starting a new garden in my yard. Well here is the elephant ear plant. Isn't it great! Not too bad for planting in the HOT season and I have pruned it a couple of times. I always wanted one of these, but NJ summers were not good on them!

The newest addition to the garden.

This is Hubby's lemon tree, He always wanted one. It is finally growing so nicely! Can ya see the spikes it has on it!? I never knew they had spikes, but they sure hurt

Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.

The plants are just gorgeous. Don't know any book sites. Happy to hear you are having nice weather. Ours has been nice the last couple of days after a horrible storm that caused some flooding. That Lincoln quote is one of my favorites. Take care kiddo.

I love Abe's saying. Isn't' it the truth. Must be why I'm so very happy.

Your plants are lovely. I so wish I could have your weather year around. Eight-five works for me. I could boat all year long and be warm. Now you're talking.

Have a terrific day. :)

Your garden looks lovely. The elephant ears are great and that's a good idea to plant the lemon tree in your husband's memory.

Love the garden! Gardening season is pretty much over here, since we have had frost. My big, beautiful coleus plants have withered, and my salvia is all but gone, too. Time for some clean-up and maybe an extral layer of mulch for the perennials!

I agree - I find a blog to be a better outlet than FB. I don't know about a website for selling books _ I take mine to a used bookstore in town.

I'm singing the Lemon Tree song. lol.
Sorry you have been depressed. I have those times also.
Hope you enjoy the Bible Study. Is it a Beth Moore study?

I'm on FB for the second time. I just don't care for it. Right now I can't remember my password so that's a good excuse not to go on there.

I don't know who would buy books. Amazon.com has many individual sellers, maybe they could be contacted... Beautiful garden... Michelle
